Narrative techniques play an important role in the narrative structure. The aim of the present study is to tackle prolepsis as a narrative technique in the Greek Alexander Romance, notably recension αα, preserved in manuscript A. This study focuses on internal and external prolepsis in the light of what is mentioned during the narration of the Romance.
