Abstract

In this article, I discuss that the second book of Moses, "Ἔξοδος," contains more than a function for using the present indicative mood. Since the book of Exodus is the longest books of the Bible, and it narrates main events using the present indicative mood. could it be that the verb carries a notion of Progressive, Descriptive, Specific, Instantaneous, Customary, Iterative, Gnomic, Present of past action still in progress, Tendential or Conative, Futuristic, Historical, and finally, Perfective?
